Director - Senior Property Manager
After growing up in Christchurch, I took a leap and moved across the ditch to Australia where I met my husband, had two daughters and started my Property Management Career.
I worked for large franchaise companies and built a property management business. Home was calling so we made the decision to come home and Mosaic Property Management was born.
Real estate is in my blood. Growing up amongst a family real estate company in Christchurch and investing in my first investment property in my early 20's, real estate has always been a part of my life.
Working as a Property Manager for large franchise companies has allowed me to build a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry. I strives to provide excellent communication. My core principals of "As an owner myself, would I be happy with this service?", “would this be ok in my investment property”, is what drives me to provide the best for my owners.
We are investors ourselves. So not only do we offer over fifteen years of professional experience, we back this up with personal understanding and experience as well.

Kirsty has been a valued member of our team for the past year, contributing her extensive experience in property management, which spans over 4 years. Prior to her career in property management, Kirsty worked as a flight attendant, where she honed her expertise in customer service, conflict resolution, and managing high-pressure situations with grace. Her background in aviation has given her an exceptional ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members alike.
